Terms of Service

1. Use of Data

By using the services of Professional Writers, the user hereby agrees and irrevocably authorizes us to:

Use any data or information supplied by the user for service delivery, internal processing, quality improvement, promotional communication, business updates, and services offered by our partners or associated entities.
Send emails, messages, or notifications related to services, offers, updates, or information, which shall not be considered unsolicited communication.
Retain user data for operational, legal, and service-related purposes even after completion, suspension, or termination of services.

If the user voluntarily shares LinkedIn credentials, they authorize our team to update the profile on their behalf strictly for service execution. This may include content updates, formatting, and limited engagement related to Professional Writers' services.

2. Job / Interview Guarantee Disclaimer

Professional Writers does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or employment outcomes.

Our services are advisory and content-based, provided on a best-effort basis. Final hiring decisions depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions, recruiter preferences, and competition, which are beyond our control.

3. Payment Card / Net Banking Details

The user agrees and confirms that:

All payment details provided are accurate and lawfully owned.
No credit/debit card details, passwords, or confidential banking information are stored by Professional Writers.
Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
Information will not be shared with third parties except when required by law, regulation, or court order.

4. Acceptable Use of Services

The user agrees not to misuse the services or platform, including but not limited to:

Harassing, abusing, impersonating, intimidating, or posting defamatory content.
Uploading or transmitting unlawful, infringing, obscene, pornographic, or misleading content.
Using services for any illegal purpose under Indian or international law.

5. Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are accepted within 15 days from the date of first draft delivery.

Requests received within this period will be addressed even if completion happens later.

"Unlimited modifications" do not include:

Multiple job profile targeting
Rewriting already approved content
Multiple template or design changes

Content is created for one agreed target profile only, to ensure quality and relevance.

6. Six (6) Months Free Support

Professional Writers provides six (6) months of free CV update support from the date of final delivery.

This includes updates due to:

Job change
New role or KRAs
New projects
New achievements
New certifications

Exclusions:

Repeated changes to already approved content
Targeting multiple profiles
Continuous wording changes without a valid career update
Visual / Infographic CVs - Content approval is mandatory before design. Once the designed CV is delivered, major content changes are not part of free support.

If, during or after the support period, your experience moves into a higher experience slab, differential charges will apply. Free support is valid only within the originally booked experience slab.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests must be raised before service initiation.

No refund will be provided if:

Work has started
First draft is delivered
Initial consultation or onboarding is completed

Combo Packages:

Refunds apply only to undelivered services.
Delivered services are charged at full price.
A 30% processing charge is deducted from the refundable balance.
If two or more services are delivered, no refund is allowed.

Orders booked under discounts or promotional schemes are non-refundable once initiated.

If an incorrect experience slab is selected and the user declines to pay the difference, a refund (after 30% gateway/processing charges) may be issued.

8. Term of Agreement / Service

This agreement remains valid as long as the user uses Professional Writers' services.

Professional Writers reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue services
Suspend or terminate access
Update terms and policies without prior notice

9. Delivery Policy

All services are delivered via email in Word and/or PDF format to the email address provided during registration or order placement.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This website is owned and operated in India.

All disputes shall be governed by Indian laws and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

11. Eligibility

The user confirms they are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

12. Recruitment Consultancy / Corporate Services

Employers, consultants, or corporates using Professional Writers' services agree to:

Receive job applications from candidates.
Provide career counseling (free or paid) as mutually agreed.
Receive newsletters, calls, emails, or promotional communication.
Share job opportunities when available.

These terms apply in addition to any separately signed or digitally accepted agreements.

13. External Links Disclaimer

Professional Writers is not responsible for content, services, or policies of third-party websites linked on the platform. Use of external services is entirely at the user's discretion.

14. Offers, Schemes & Discounts

Professional Writers may introduce offers or discounts from time to time.

Services availed under discounted or special schemes may not include six (6) months free support, unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Each order includes one template only. Any template change will incur additional charges.
