Your satisfaction is important to us. While we aim for excellence in every project, our policies ensure fairness to both clients and our team.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be raised before service initiation.

No refund will be provided if:

  • Work has started
  • First draft is delivered
  • Initial consultation or onboarding is completed

2. Combo Packages

For combo packages:

  • Refunds apply only to undelivered services.
  • Delivered services are charged at full price.
  • A 30% processing charge is deducted from the refundable balance.
  • If two or more services are delivered, no refund is allowed.

3. Promotional Schemes

Orders booked under discounts or promotional schemes are non-refundable once initiated.

If an incorrect experience slab is selected and the user declines to pay the difference, a refund (after 30% gateway/processing charges) may be issued.

4. Offers, Schemes & Discounts

Professional Writers may introduce offers or discounts from time to time.

Services availed under discounted or special schemes may not include six (6) months free support, unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Each order includes one template only. Any template change will incur additional charges.
